Shut Down and Restart removed from Ubuntu 12.04's Dash

The Dash

Sometimes, having multiple items useful for the same action, produces a heaviness in Ubuntu by displaying extra things needed for actions easy-to-access from other more handy places.

In Ubuntu 11.10 and the until-now 12.04, in order to shutdown and restart the computer, users can access the shutdown and restart icon from the Dash (by typing in the search field restart or shut down) and via the Unity panel/topbar's Session menu.

The latest Ubuntu 12.04 updates remove the Shut Down and Restart from the Dash (they don't have .desktop files anymore), thus the users must access the Unity panel's way in order to trigger this actions with benefits in speed, clarity (one proper way per action), discoverability (especially for newcomers) and handiness.
