Nautilus 3.3.5 landed in Ubuntu 12.04 with undo support
Nautilus has just been updated to 3.3.5 version, bringing a long-awaited feature, undo support.
Even though this is its first implementation, undo features already numerous functionalities, like:
- Undo Copy, after a file is copied in Nautilus, clicking Undo copy (accessible under
Nautilus-->Edit-->Undo Copy) will delete the copied file - Undo Rename, after a file is renamed, clicking Undo Rename will restore its original name
- Undo Trash, after is file is deleted (deleted in the sense of
right-click on it-->Move to Trash, not with Shift+Delete), clicking Undo Trash will move the deleted file from Trash back to its location
Undo is to probably incorporate extra actions in the near future.
